Above: a site plan for an events center in Reno, NV. Project information – undisclosed. Participated in preliminary programming and building arrangement, field visits, measurements, drafting as-built conditions, and carrying each drawing set for each building to design development in RevIt. Additional information from the civil consultant was also captured and included in this site design to determine deck rises, finish floor heights and ramp needs for the site.

COMMERCIAL PROJECT

Below is a peak into the renovation of two areas in an existing pet hospital. I supported this by extracting existing drawing data and converting the data needed to capture the area of work. I also drafted any additional information needed to address the project. Depicted below, the Design Development phase.
