Modular on California was a result of an assignment to develop a modular composition of shipping containers that could easily be replicated on a steep hillside collection of plots in Reno, NV.

PROGRAMMING:
Zones are established at every side of the house for user-experience. Spaces provided: two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living area, study, exterior patio and terraces spaces for additional square footage and entertainment, parking.
The unique challenge of this project’s design was the extreme slope of the topography. One can see the building has a concrete slab but is also supported by steel columns. A retaining wall is also provided to create additional earth retention.
